ABOUT US

Principle Partners was founded on the core values of integrity, long-term relationship building and unrivalled career advice.

Our proposition is centered on providing a trusted talent platform for the buyside and technology communities. Our clients rely on us to identify, attract and retain top talent which fit into their ambitions and investment strategies in Asia.

We are truly humbled by the continued belief our marquee clients — who collectively manage hundreds of billions of dollars — have in us. We strive to continue exceeding their expectations.

Candidates whom we have placed over the years have thrived in their careers and we are privileged to have remained confidants of many.

We operate with the same enthusiasm as we did when we launched Principle Partners in January 2009, and by remaining true to our values and craft, we are today recognized as the preeminent buyside and technology focused executive search firm in the region. We also have one of the largest teams with the expertise to run bespoke and complex mandates for our clients.

Why Principle Partners?

Established in 2009, Principle Partners is the market leader in executive search for the Asian investment management and technology space. We have placed more than 500 professionals across Asia and are unparalleled in our specialised and comprehensive coverage across front, middle and back office positions.

We have developed strong verticals across technology, data science and impact investing to better service our progressive global partners.

No other firm partners with the buyside like we do. We have completed build-outs of entire funds, advised on contingent placements and provided strategic talent mapping solutions for our partners across all strategies.
